Many (but not all) of the test suite failures seem to be about gpg: Invalid option "--pinentry-mode" The build hangs in the end. I assume this needs to be fixed in request-tracker4 rather than libgnupg-interface-perl, but feel free to reassign of course.

It seems like uTorrent is already running but not responding in Windows 10. The workaround is simple – you can add the torrent file to the client manually. It’s not as convenient as a simple double click on the file, but still helps.
