As the title suggests when I download updates and games they start alright, upwards of 5mbs, slow down then drop to 0 bytes afterwards they download normally, slow down than stop or download in the kbs region then stop, then start again. I don't know if it's my isp because I do speed tests and have usually upwards of 40mbps download speeds.
