The initial VPN mode for the sharefile app is set to 'secure browse' as it should be and the network access is set to 'unrestricted'. We also used the netscaler wizard to create the entire sharefile configuration which creates a Content Switching vServer to make the distinction between the various connectors and the regular sharefile traffic.

When I start this ShareFile version on my iPad, the app directly lost the connection (microVPN) with the internal network, Worx Home is launched and I had to enter my credentails three times.
